Chief's Vehicle


2009 Chevrolet Tahoe

One of three 2009 Chevy Tahoe's assigned to the Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chiefs of the department. These vehicles carry first response EMS equipment as well as fire suppression equipment. These units are also capable of communications with neighboring fire departments and can function as the command post for any incident.

Twin model pumpers, Engine 1 is first due for any type of fire call ranging from fire alarms to structure fires. Both have a 30 gallon foam tank on board as well as a full compliment of hoses and hand tools

Rescue 5


2000 Pierce Lance

Rescue 5 is a full scale heavy rescue truck. It is first due on any Motor Vehicle Accident along with any hazmat incident. It has many tools available at our disposal including a full set of Amkus hydraulic equipment which includes spreaders (jaws) and cutters. It also carries a variety of saws and stabilization equipment including airbags and wooden cribbing.
